The BIESP Co-op Experience
The Co-op program in Bachelor of Indigenous Science and Practice is a five-year program, including four work terms. Students must follow the academic and work schedule as outlined in the Schedule of Studies. Please refer to the Co-operative Education program policy [1] with respect to adjusting this schedule.
To be eligible to continue in the Co-op program, you must successfully complete the CO-OP*1100 course, remain registered as a full-time student, as well as meet all work term requirements. Please refer to the Co-operative Education program policy [1] for information on criteria for advancement in the Co-op program as well as work term performance grading and work term report grading.

Requesting Re-admission Into Co-op
If you have been required to withdraw from the Co-op program and you have medical, psychological or compassionate grounds to submit a request for re-admission into the Co-operative Education program, refer to the Experiential Learning Hub website [4] for forms and information on deadlines and process for appeals.
