FALL 2026 Semester DROP IN hours: Wednesdays 10 am until 12 pm

PRE-BOOKED appointments available during these hours: 10 am and 3 pm Mon - Thurs; 10 am to 12 pm Fri

Students interested in booking an appointment please e-mail Carie directly at dtmpc@uoguelph.ca from your @uoguelph.ca email account with the following information:

  • First and Last name  
  • Student ID  
  • Current Program  
  • Type of appointment: in-person or virtual
  • 2-3 windows of time you are available for an appointment within the hours of 10am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 10am-12pm Friday. If you have time zone concerns, please let us know.
  • A brief explanation regarding your reason for seeking an appointment (this gives us an idea of how we can best prepare for our meeting with you!)

Who do I contact?

Academic Advisors have in-depth knowledge regarding program requirements as well as University of Guelph regulations, policies and procedures. Academic Advisors can assist you in the development of your educational plans by asking appropriate questions and identifying alternatives. Academic Advisors can help you explore outcomes by providing useful information about who to talk to and how to get in touch with them. If you are experiencing issues of a personal, medical, or psychological nature affecting your academics, an Academic Advisor may be helpful in identifying campus resources and can discuss your academic options.

Program Managers are experts in their field. They can provide information on their specialization as well as career opportunities.

Admission Inquiries

Contact your Academic Advisor or Program Manager to discuss questions about the program and its content. Admission questions can be directed to the University of Guelph's Admission Services [3].

This website is provided by the Ontario Agriculture College for BBRM, BLA, B.Sc. (Agr.), BIESP, B.Sc. (Env.) and DTM students to answer program related questions and help navigate program requirements, University policies and regulations necessary to succeed during your time of study.
