Please Read Carefully!

Once a Schedule of Studies is published, the University does not go back and “fix it” when courses are deleted or changed. To help you keep track of what you need to graduate, changes to your Schedule of Studies are listed below. Some students find it useful to review these changes while viewing their My Progress on the Student Planning system through WebAdvisor. This way you can mark off what you have completed and what you still need to complete. Please note that substitutions won’t always show up on My Progress. If you find errors on My Progress, or if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your Program Counsellor.

BIESP:C has an error in the calendar text, in the Restricted Electives section: A minimum of 7.50 credits of restricted electives are required, of which at least 2.00 credits must be at the 4000-level. CORRECTION: A minimum of 7.50 credits of restricted electives are required, of which at least 1.00 credits must be at the 4000-level. 

HIST*2090 is a "One of" required course and is temporarily cancelled for W23. Next anticipated offering W24.

ANTH*2660 is a "One of" required course and is temporarily cancelled for W23. Next anticipated offering W24.

ENVS 3050 is a List H restricted elective and will not be offered in W23. Next anticipated offering is W24.

ENVS 4030 is a List G restricted elective and will not be offered in W23. Next anticipated offering is W25.

ENVS 4360 is a List G restricted elective and will not be offered in W23; it will also not be offered in W24.

ANTH*3650 and POLS 3340 are required courses in Semester 5 (F23) impacted by the temporary cancellation of ANTH*2660 and HIST*2090 in W23. Students can either take them in a later fall semester OR ask instructor/department to waive the pre-requisite considering the cancellations.

Students planning to take GEOG 4230 from Group 1 List A should plan to take GEOG 3210 (pre-requisite) fall semester of third year; GEOG 4230 was offered in fall (instead of winter) for F22 and F23. This change to fall only may become permanent.

POLS 3370 is a restricted elective and is not offered for S23. Next anticipated offering is F23.

ENVS 4230 is a restricted elective and will not be offered in W24.

ENVS 4180 is a restricted elective and will not be offered in W24.

ENVS 4050 is a restricted elective and will not be offered in W24.

BOT 2100 is a restricted elective that is changing to a fall only offering after W24.

ENVS 3340 is a restricted elective and will not be offered in F23.

Non-co-op: ENVS*3330 is changing to IAEF*3510 (to reflect interdisciplinary agriculture, environment and food). ENVS*3330 will last be offered Winter 2024 and IAEF*3510 first offering will be Fall 2024. 

ENVS 4390 credit weighting changed from 1.0 to 0.5 credits as of F23.

FARE 4310 is a List A restricted elective that will not be offered in W25.
