Drop In Hours for Week of January 9th to 13th

During the week of January 9-13, exclusively, our program counsellors are offering the following drop-in hours (in-person only):

Jan 9 (10am-12pm + 1pm-3pm)  
Jan 10 (10am-12pm + 2pm-3pm)  
Jan 11 (10am-12pm + 2pm-3pm) 
Jan 12 (1pm-3pm) 
Jan 13 (10am-12pm)  

Carie Devitt (BIESP, DTM and B.Sc.(Env.)) 
Jan 10 (1pm-2pm)  
Jan 12 (11am-12pm)  

If you choose to see Melinda or Carie during their drop-in hours, note that students will be seen on a “first-come-first-served” basis – we are unable to guarantee you a time for the meeting. 

If you are looking to book an appointment with a program counsellor, email oac.pco@uoguelph.ca and please be sure to include the following in your email:  
·    First and Last name   
·    Student ID   
·    Current Program   
·    Type of appointment: in-person or virtual 
·    Your preference regarding mask wearing - would you prefer us to wear masks while we meet with you or not? 
·    2-3 windows of time you are available for an appointment within the hours of 10am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 10am-12pm Friday (please keep in mind we will not be booking same day appointments ; please also include dates and times for both this week and next week in case we are already solidly booked this week). If you have time zone concerns, please let us know. 
·    An explanation regarding your reason for seeking an appointment (this gives us an idea of how we can best prepare for our meeting with you!).
