Winter 2025 Course Selection

Course selection for Winter 2025 will begin on October 17, 2024 and will open in windows based on certain criteria. Course Selection Windows are posted on the Office of Registrarial Services' webpage. 

Once your window opens, you will be able to add courses until January 10, 2025. However, we encourage you to add when your window opens as some courses fill up quickly.   

Holiday and Fall Study Break Day

As a reminder, Monday, October 14th is a holiday and Tuesday, October 15th is the Fall Study Break Day. There are no classes scheduled for these two days.

The OAC Program Counselling office will be closed on Monday, October 14th. Our doors will re-open on Tuesday, October 15th.

W25 Cancelled Courses (updated 10/11/2024)

We are aware of the following courses that will not be offered in Winter 2025:

Please note that Melinda's weekly drop-in hours will NOT be running for the next four weeks.

If you would like to meet with Melinda during this time, please continue to send appointment requests to oac.pco@uoguelph.ca, or drop by the office to book an appointment.

Drop-in hours will recommence on October 21st, with additional drop-in times added to account for the W25 course selection period (see schedule below). 

Last Day to Add Fall 2024 Courses

This is a reminder that the last day to add courses or change sections for Fall 2024 is Friday, September 13th, 2024.

Make sure any course waiver forms are submitted to es@uoguelph.ca by 4pm on Friday, September 13th to ensure they are processed before the deadline.

B.B.R.M., B.L.A., and B.Sc.(Agr.) Drop-in Hours September 5-13

Please note drop-in hours will run during the first two weeks of classes.

During the times listed below, students will be seen on a first come, first seen basis in the front office space.

Please report to the front desk to sign up when you arrive at Johnston Hall, room 133A.

If you are unable to complete a final exam or any final assignment for S24 semester due to medical, psychological or compassionate circumstances, you must submit a request for deferred assessment via email to your program counsellor from your @uoguelph.ca email address. Your request must contain:
