Course selection for Summer 2026 begins on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 and will open in windows based on certain criteria. Course Selection Windows are posted on the Office of Registrarial Services' webpage.
Once your window opens, you will be able to add courses until May 11th, 2026 for 6-week courses, or May 15, 2026 for 12-week courses. However, we encourage you to add when your window opens as some courses fill up quickly.
Please note the OAC Academic Advising office will open at 11:30 am on the morning of Wednesday, February 25th due to a staff event. The office doors will be opened and the email will be monitored again starting at 11:30am.

Fall 2026 cancellations:
The OAC Academic Advising office doors will be closed during Reading Week (February 16th to 20th, inclusive). Please note that Monday, February 16th is a holiday.
The oac.pco@uoguelph.ca inbox will still be monitored Tuesday to Friday during our regular hours while the office doors are closed. Some virtual meetings will be available with Carie during the week.
Our office doors will reopen on Monday, February 23rd at 10:00am.

Due to the increase in severity of the winter weather, the University of Guelph campus is now closed today, Jan. 15. In response, the OAC Academic Advising Office will be shifting to work remotely. Meetings that were scheduled with an Academic Advisor today will be switched to virtual, or rescheduled for a later date.
Our office doors will close at noon, and our team will be available virtually for the remainder of the work day. The oac.pco@uoguelph.ca email will be monitored during regular office hours 10 am - 3 pm.
Today, Friday, January 9th, is the last day to add courses for Winter 2026, including changing sections in current courses on WebAdvisor. Please make sure that you have all of your courses added today by 11:59 p.m.
This is a reminder that the last day to drop Fall 2025 courses is Friday, November 28th. Students have until 11:59 p.m. to drop courses on WebAdvisor.
