B.Sc.(Env.) ENVS/ENVS:C course conflict for F21

UPDATE as of September 1, 2021: The SES department has now changed the lab time for ENVS*2240*0103 to an evening lab to avoid the scheduling conflict.

This message is for second year B.Sc.(Env.) ENVS or ENVS:C students experiencing a scheduling conflict between ENVS 2240*0103 and ENVS 2030 in F21 semester.

S21 Deferred Privilege

If you are unable to complete a final exam or any final assignment for S21 semester due to medical, psychological or compassionate circumstances, you must submit a request for deferred privileges via email to your program counsellor from your @uoguelph.ca email address. Your request must contain:

LARC 1950 Waitlist

LARC 1950 is currently full and accepting a waitlist. In order to prioritize first year students, no spots will be released on WebAdvisor. Please email Melinda (mavanryn@uoguelph.ca) to be put on the waitlist. First years will be added once they contact Melinda with their request; other students will have to include details in their email of why they need to take it this semester.

BLA First Years - Restricted Courses

SECOND UPDATE: SOC 1100 and ANTH 1150 are now open to all students!

UPDATE: Restrictions are slowly being lifted. The only (DE) sections of PSYC 1000 are available. I expect more sections in the other courses to open soon.

First Year Course Selection

Please be advised that many first year courses are currently full. We expect spots will begin to open up. Continue to check WebAdvisor if the course section that you want is full.

BBRM.EM Students – GEOG 2460 enrollment

Given the 1000 level Geography prerequisite, students in Environmental Management will need to be signed into GEOG 2460 by either Melinda or the instructor, Dr. Ben DeVries. Please email either a course waiver form to be added to the course. It will be returned to you, signed, for you to then email to es@uoguelph.ca. They will put it on WebAdvisor for you.
