Friday, January 13th is the last day to add Winter 2023 courses. Make sure all course waiver forms are submitted to es@uoguelph.ca by 3pm tomorrow to ensure they are processed before the deadline. 

During the week of January 9-13, exclusively, our program counsellors are offering the following drop-in hours (in-person only):

The University will close for the holiday break from the afternoon of December 22nd until Tuesday January 3rd.

Our office doors will re-open on Wednesday January 4th.

Today (December 2nd) is the last day to drop a Fall 2022 semester course.

If you are unable to complete a final exam or any final assignment for F22 semester due to medical, psychological or compassionate circumstances, you must submit a request for deferred privileges via email to your program counsellor from your @uoguelph.ca email address.

Requests are due within 5 working days of the missed exam or final assignment, and must contain:

Due to conflicts, sections 0106 and 0108 of BIOC 2580 are reserved for students in the B.Sc.(Agr.) Animal Science major only.

Animal Science students - you must be declared to take BIOC 2580 and you are limited to these two sections due to conflicts. If you are undeclared or have concerns about taking these sections, please let Melinda know (mavanryn@uoguelph.ca).

Course selection for Winter 2023 begins on Monday, November 14th. Course selection opens in windows based on certain criteria. Windows are posted here: https://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/courseselectionwindow. Once your window opens, you will be able to add courses until Friday, January 13th. We encourage you to add when your window opens as some courses fill up quickly.
