Please be advised of the following changes to meeting with Program Counsellors:
We will continue to respond to email but have also worked on a way for you to book an audio or video appointment for those who prefer a meeting. As students, you have access to Microsoft Teams through your Gryph Mail by clicking on the icon beside Outlook in the top left of your mailbox. The icon is a square made up of nine dots. We will use this platform to meet.
Effective March 17th, all U of G employees have been asked to work from home. This means that the OAC Program Counselling Office will be adjusting the way we operate to comply with the recommendations for social distancing and limiting the spread of illness.
Please Note: We will only be available via e-mail until further notice. We do not have access to student files and so there may be limitations to what we can assist with, but we will work closely with you to determine your needs.
At this time, the OAC Program Counselling Office is only accepting email and phone inquiries. Your program counsellor will be available to support you during regular office hours, but the office doors will be closed. Please contact x54800 to book a phone appointment.
Our office needs to close for an important meeting the morning of Thursday, February 20th, 2020. The office will open at 1pm and close at 3pm.
Our Library's Learning Services offers appointments and support for students looking to improve their skills in time management, effective studying, writing a thesis or major paper or capstone project. The services are free and the feedback you'll receive could make a huge difference.
