This is a reminder that the last day to drop Winter 2021 courses is Monday, April 12th.

Today is the last day to apply to graduate at Summer 2021 Convocation (late application fee in effect). For more details about the late fee, and submitting an application via hard copy, visit the Enrolment Services website. 

If you have applied to graduate and have not received an email about your application from your Program Counsellor, your application has been tentatively approved. Enjoy the rest of your semester.

Course selection for Summer begins on Monday, March 8th. Course selection opens in windows based on certain criteria. Windows are posted here: https://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/courseselectionwindow. Once your window opens, you will be able to add and drop courses until Friday May 21st, 2021. 

This is a reminder that the Winter Break begins on Monday, February 15th, so there will be no classes scheduled for the week. Classes will resume on Monday, February 22nd. Please also note that our office will be closed on Monday, February 15th due to the Holiday.

Welcome back everyone! This is a reminder that classes begin on Monday January 11th, 2021. 

Students interested in making an appointment with their Program Counsellor please e-mail Ellen at clarksoe@uoguelph.ca from your @uoguelph.ca email account to find a time that will work for you in our schedule. If you have a question that can wait until after the last day to add, please wait - we need to focus this time on students who need to get into courses for the winter term.

In accordance with the university holiday closure, our office will be closed on Wednesday, December 23rd and will reopen on Monday, January 4th. Stay safe and happy holidays!

Once your window opens, you will be able to add and drop courses until January 15th, 2021. We encourage you to add when your window opens as some courses fill up quickly. There will be a short closure on WebAdvisor for maintenance from 8 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15 through to 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. 

Beginning September 21st, we will continue to respond to email but are also available to meet for an audio or video appointment for those who prefer a meeting.
