UPDATE: CROP 3340 will not be offered F20. I am working on this with the department with hopes it can be offered Winter 2021. They admit to missing it (because they did a one time Winter offering in 2020), but are now unable to offer it this Fall. 

UPDATE: STAT 2060 and ANSC 3080 conflict - this has been resolved and you should see a new time posted on WebAdvisor in the coming days. It sounds like M, W, F 11:30am-12:20pm is the best solution.

EDRD 2020 (confirmed)

CROP 3340 (investigating - possible Winter offering) - confimed it will not be offered. Should be offered W21.

CROP 3310 (investigating - possible Winter offering). UPDATE July 9th: Will not be offered Fall 2020; should be offered W21

CROP 4260 (confirmed)

HORT 3310 (error in Undergraduate Calendar - is always a Winter course!)

The Fall schedule will be up on WebAdvisor on July 8^th (tomorrow). Course selection for Fall will begin July 14th. Course selection will open in windows based on certain criteria. Windows are posted here: https://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/courseselectionwindow

As per the University closure on July 2^nd and 3^rd, our office will be closed and will reopen on July 6^th. Please also note that July 1^st is a Holiday.

Please be advised of the following changes to meeting with Program Counsellors:

We will continue to respond to email but have also worked on a way for you to book an audio or video appointment for those who prefer a meeting. As students, you have access to Microsoft Teams through your Gryph Mail by clicking on the icon beside Outlook in the top left of your mailbox. The icon is a square made up of nine dots. We will use this platform to meet.   

Effective March 17th, all U of G employees have been asked to work from home. This means that the OAC Program Counselling Office will be adjusting the way we operate to comply with the recommendations for social distancing and limiting the spread of illness.

Please Note: We will only be available via e-mail until further notice. We do not have access to student files and so there may be limitations to what we can assist with, but we will work closely with you to determine your needs.

At this time, the OAC Program Counselling Office is only accepting email and phone inquiries. Your program counsellor will be available to support you during regular office hours, but the office doors will be closed. Please contact x54800 to book a phone appointment.
